  • Currently, there are limited options for non-metallic (e.g., wooden) canopy frames. Most wooden canopy structures are integrated with bed frames. If you are looking for a wooden structure, consider reaching out to local carpenters or furniture makers who can create a wooden canopy frame to fit over your existing bed.
• Please note: some minor tarnishing is normal due to the silver and anti-oxidizing material from which the Canopy is constructed. This is expected and normal and does not negatively impact the performance of the Canopy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
