Typically, women wearing US jean sizes 0-2 should select Small, 3-5 choose Medium, and 6-8 opt for Large.
For waist sizes: 24-26 inches fits Small, 26.5-28.5 inches fits Medium, and 29-31 inches fits Large.
For hip sizes: 33-35 inches fits Small, 35.5-37.5 inches fits Medium, and 38-40 inches fits Large.
