For many, the ghost may represent a past or current love that has vanished, and they still haunt our minds day in and day out.

For me, the “ghost” represents regret for all the events and moments I chose not to pursue or experience. These regrets leave me wondering if I had chosen that ghost or the next, where my life would be. But instead of allowing the haunting ghost to terrorize us, we should welcome it as a constant reminder that time is fleeting, and we must live with the choices we’ve made while keeping our ghosts with us.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us and we'll make it right.
